Is matcha powder included?
No. Our sets contain the tools for preparing matcha. Matcha powder is not included.
Which set should I choose?
Our ten sets have four to seven pieces. The four-piece sets, Sillon and Florine, have a bowl, whisk holder, bamboo whisk and scoop, without a sieve. Larger sets add pieces such as a sieve, a wide spoon, a scoop rest or a cloth: Matin has six pieces, including a sieve and a wide bamboo spoon, and Verger has seven, including a sieve, cloth and scoop rest. How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to the US, UK and Germany, with no minimum spend. Matcha sets are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and made-to-order merch within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes an estimated 10–20 business days.
Can I return my set?
Yes. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. We pay return postage. Our refund policy explains the full terms and your statutory rights.
How do I care for the tools?
Hand-wash gently and dry thoroughly. Rinse bamboo tools promptly, avoid prolonged soaking and let them air-dry completely. Avoid sudden temperature changes. Keep bamboo tools and the metal sieve out of the microwave.
Can the glaze look different?
Glazed pieces can vary slightly, and screens can show colours differently. The product's included-items list describes what comes with your selected set.
