Our Promise

At Majorelle Ave, we want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day no-questions-asked return policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You are eligible to return your item if:

  • Your return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)

2. How to Request a Return

Starting a return is simple:

  • Email us at Contact@majorelleave.com with your order number and the subject line "Return Request"
  • We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  • Ship the item back to the address provided in our response
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed

We do not require you to provide a reason for your return. Your satisfaction is all that matters.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • 3–5 business days after we confirm receipt of the return
  • Please allow a further 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund, depending on your card issuer

We will refund the full purchase price of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was:

  • Defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect (the wrong item was sent)

In those cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a prepaid label.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at Contact@majorelleave.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
