We deliver to all member states of the European Union.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all products. No shipping charges are added at checkout.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on your country. The expected delivery time is shown on the product page or at checkout before you place your order. When your order has been dispatched, we send you a shipping confirmation by email, with tracking information where available.
When your parcel arrives
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If a parcel is damaged, items are missing or your order does not arrive, contact us with your order number and we will help. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Shipping address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible; we will try to correct it before your order is dispatched.
