Our Shipping Promise
Every order placed at Majorelle Ave includes free shipping, regardless of order value or destination. We believe delivery should never be a barrier to owning something you love.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
- Europe: 7–12 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–12 business days
- Rest of World: 8–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, high postal demand, or other factors outside our control.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at Contact@majorelleave.com.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Majorelle Ave ships internationally. For orders outside the United Kingdom, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
We are required by law to declare the full value of your order on customs documentation and cannot mark items as gifts to avoid customs fees.
5. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbours or household members in case it was accepted on your behalf
- Check any safe locations the carrier may have left the parcel
- Contact your local postal service with your tracking number
If your parcel is confirmed as lost, please contact us at Contact@majorelleave.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or full refund.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at Contact@majorelleave.com. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.
