3. Products

Each product page describes the product and its options, including dimensions and the items included. Photos can show styling accessories that are not included; only the items listed as included are part of your order. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your market. The total price, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you place your order. Shipping is free. Payment is due when you place your order, using one of the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Your order and the contract

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. We confirm receipt of your order by email; this confirmation is not yet an acceptance. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by email or dispatch the goods. If a product is not available or a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you; if we cannot fulfil your order, any payment you made is refunded in full.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. We bear the cost of returning the goods. The details and the model withdrawal form are in our refund policy.

8. Faulty goods and statutory rights

The statutory rights for goods that are faulty or not as described apply. If an item is damaged or faulty, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with these rights.
