Processing and delivery

Matcha tool sets are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Made-to-order merch is printed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery takes 10–20 business days. Customs clearance, holidays, remote destinations and carrier delays can extend these estimates.

We email tracking information after dispatch. Items ordered together may arrive in separate parcels.
